Lots of Good News

Yippee! I am so excited. You can now purchase my first novel Miss McGhee in ebook format!

Did I say I am excited? Twenty first century, meet the South of the civil rights era. I think you two will get along just fine.

Here’s the link to Barnes & Noble, if you’re a Nook addict:

And here’s the link to amazon, if you’re a Kindle fanatic:

If you’re like me and you have an iPad, you can use either.

Modern technology allows you to carry around your entire library wherever you go.  Isn’t that a wonderful thing?

As a writer, it means I can take my entire research collection with me and I don’t have to lug a box full of books. I can bookmark and highlight passages. It’s a great tool.

In other news: My second novel What’s Best for Jane, will be released this spring. Very soon. Another yippee! I will be doing some readings and a panel discussion at the UNC Queer Studies conference (Queer as an Active Verb) March 31-April 2. The readings will be at  Malaprops bookstore.

I will also be attending the Saints and Sinners lieterary conference in New Orleans in May.

Let’s see, in June I’ll be at the GCLS conference in Orlando:

So you see, I have reason to be very excited. Lots of good things coming soon.
